Commissions on representative procurement
Buy products for customers who provide links to products from China trading platforms 1688, Alibaba, Taobao, Tmall, poizon, Jingdong (jd.com ), Pinduoduo, JD Mall; service fees and shipping costs are divided into private orders and wholesale orders.
Private orders :
The average price of each item is less than ￥1000 and the total order amount is less than ￥5000.
Wholesale orders:
The average price for each item is more than ￥1000, the total order amount is more than ￥5000.
*Average price for each item is calculated as follows: Total amount for 1 item/number of items in the item.
Private orders :
1-5 items-commission ￥250;
5-10 positions-commission ￥300;
11-15 positions-commission ￥350;
16-20 positions-commission ￥400;
Over 20 positions, each additional position is charged $10.
Extra commission – 0% Currency exchange fee – 0% * We can provide consulting services if customers have questions about suppliers. It costs ￥20/1 position and it includes clarification of 5 questions about products and translations. Client needs to send all questions to our staff at the same time.
Data to be provided to the client:
1. Link to the contact person for the product or supplier.
2. Model, photo, size, color, material (if any).
3. Quantity.
4. Other requested data.
Contents included in the service:
1. Systematization of information about the product in the document* (the commercial offer of the product includes: pictures of the product, links, characteristics of the product, gross weight, information about availability, information about the delivery time, quantity, unit price, freight cost in China, total amount).
2. Final calculation* (final commercial offer includes: exchange rate between RMB and USD, cost of goods, commission amount, delivery cost in 3 ways).
3. Purchase of goods and organization of delivery.
4. Sampling of goods in a warehouse in China, photo and video report.
Wholesale Orders :
(from shipping cost inside China + cost of goods);
￥5,000-10,000 – 8% commission.
￥10,001-30,000 – 5% commission;
￥30,001-50,000 – commission 4%;
￥50,001-100,000 – commission 3%;
Over ￥100,000 – 2% commission.
Additional commission – 0%
Currency conversion fee – 0%
*If the customer has any questions about the supplier, we can offer a consultation service. It costs ￥20/1 item, it includes clarification of 5 product questions and translation. The customer needs to send all questions to our staff at one time.
The data to be provided to the customer are:
1. Product reference or supplier contacts.
2. Model, photo, size, color, material (if available).
3. Quantity.
4. Other data requested.
What is included in the service:
1.Systematization of information about the product in the document* (Commodity quotation includes: product image, reference, product characteristics, packing and packaging information, gross weight and volume, availability information, delivery time information, quantity, unit price, China shipping cost, total amount).
2.Final calculation*. (The final quotation includes: RMB and dollar exchange rate, cost of goods, commission rate, shipping cost by 3 ways).
3. Redemption of goods and organization of delivery.
4. Selective inspection of goods at the warehouse in China, photo and video report.
About long-term purchasing cooperation
Yisan Express can make monthly calculations and purchase goods from China for free if the cost does not exceed ￥1500 per order and the number of orders does not exceed 6 per month.
The maximum number of items is 5.
Validity period: 30 days after payment;
Membership fee: ￥600/30 days.
